BTG’s 5th annual appreciation dinner

The theme of the evening was gratitude. Shirley shared memories from her heart. Donors were thrilled to hear that BTG has raised almost $400,000 with matched funds and has given 11,363 Africans water for life, along with sanitation and training in hygiene, in the past 5 and a half years. Working together as a team has been such a gift. A big thank you to each one of you.

Evangelical free church’s vacation bible school

BTG was gifted $1,200 for our thirsty world by the children attending the vacation Bible school at Evangelical Free Church. I was so impressed by the children’s caring for people in a far off land. Many of the children earned all the money that they donated!

the emerging voice art

The Emerging Voice art show and sale presented by Amber Sprague raised $850, which was matched dollar for dollar. These funds gave 49 Africans water for life.

3rd annual walk4water

The 3rd annual Walk4Water gave buckets of hope. In the pouring rain, participants walked with buckets to raise $39,000 for safe water projects in Africa. World Vision received $17,000, which will be matched by the Conrad Hilton Foundation, and will be directed to safe water projects in West Africa. Life Water International received $2,500, which will be matched by a private donor. 1,114 Africans will receive water for life.
